Mini P.E.K.K.A — commonly misspelled as Mini Pekka, Mini Peka, Mini Pecca, Minipekka or even Mini Pekker — is a 4-elixir Rare melee troop that has been in the game since the original 2016 launch. She hits for roughly 325 damage every 1.8 seconds (around 180 DPS at tournament standard, higher when leveled), moves at Fast speed, and is one of the cheapest reliable tank killers in Clash Royale. She is the signature defender in 2.6 Hog Cycle and still appears in a healthy slice of ladder decks at every arena.

The reason Mini P.E.K.K.A has survived nine years of balance changes is a very specific niche: she out-DPS almost every single-target tank in the game at a 2-to-6 elixir discount, while being cheap enough to cycle to constantly. The trade-off is paper-thin HP against swarms and zero utility outside combat — drop her alone against a Skeleton Army and you lose the elixir trade instantly.

Pull the tank with Cannon, drop Mini P.E.K.K.A behind it, and you've just answered 7 elixir of opponent commitment for 4. Then counter-push with Hog Rider in front. If you only ever learn one deck in Clash Royale, make it this one — the matchup knowledge compounds forever.

In Double Elixir you can commit Mini P.E.K.K.A + Miner + Bats as a surprise one-shot push — this combo deals ~1500 damage to tower if ignored, which is enough to force a reaction every time.

In Bridge Spam she becomes a fourth threat alongside Bandit / Ram / Royal Ghost; the opponent has to spend their swarm on her instead of saving it for the real tank push. Needs 2 evo slots and max cycle discipline, but tops out around 8500+ trophies in current ladder.

How to Pilot Mini P.E.K.K.A

Default placement: behind your Cannon / Tombstone pull. The building pulls the tank to the middle, Mini P.E.K.K.A walks up and deletes it before it reaches a tower. This is the single highest-value play in 2.6.
Never drop her against swarms alone. Skeleton Army, Goblin Gang, Minion Horde, Barbarians — they all beat Mini P.E.K.K.A for cheaper elixir. Always have Log, Zap or Arrows ready first.
Counter-push with Hog or Miner in front. After a successful defense, Mini P.E.K.K.A is almost at the bridge with full HP. Dropping a Hog Rider ahead of her forces the opponent to split answers.
Mirror the tank side. If opponent commits P.E.K.K.A or Golem on one side, Mini P.E.K.K.A on the same side with a pull-building. Don't split-lane her — she needs the building to not die to tank splash.
In Triple Elixir, she becomes offense. At 3x elixir you can just send Mini P.E.K.K.A + Ice Golem at the bridge — hard to kill fast enough, pressures a response.

How to Counter Mini P.E.K.K.A

Skeleton Army / Goblin Gang — 3 elixir deletes her 4 elixir. Positive trade, requires no setup. Watch for Log and Zap first.
Minion Horde — 5 elixir, but she can't hit air. Clean +4 trade if they have no air-killing spell.
Barbarians / Guards — tanky swarm. Barbarians trade even on elixir but Mini P.E.K.K.A dies without hitting tower.
Inferno Tower + Mini P.E.K.K.A kiter — inside her own deck matchups, Inferno Tower resets her damage and buildings pull her away from the bridge.
Kiting with a cheap troop — Ice Spirit, Skeletons, or Bats drop in front of her to pull her away from the Princess Tower; buys 1-2 seconds while your tower whittles her down.
What NOT to do: don't Fireball a lone Mini P.E.K.K.A (4 elixir for ~35% HP removed = bad trade), and don't try to tank-trade with Knight or Valkyrie — Mini P.E.K.K.A out-DPS both.
