How to Pilot It

  • The first body is the tank. The blobs are the damage only if support is already behind them. A lone Elixir Golem that splits in the middle hands them elixir and a counterpush.
  • Do not play it into a Hog cycle that is waiting. The elixir you gift is the elixir they use on the other lane. That window is the same one in when to attack the other lane.
  • Rage and Night Witch are the push, not a second tank. Adding Golem on top of Elixir Golem means two tanks that both need the bridge clear. One of them will cross while you are broke.
  • Trade the death elixir on purpose. If their tower is the building it is hitting, the refund can be worth it. If it dies to a cannon in the middle, you paid them to kill a 3-elixir troop.

What Beats It

  • P.E.K.K.A and Mini P.E.K.K.A — they cut the body down, then the pieces. You still have to answer the support behind it.
  • Inferno Tower — the beam resets every time the golem splits. It is a solid counter only if something else finishes the new, smaller bodies before the beam ramps again.
  • Mother Witch — the blobs become hogs on her side. That is the clean answer when the split has already happened.
  • Elite Barbarians and Valkyrie — the pair shreds the tank. Valkyrie also spins on the blobs. Bomb Tower does the splash version from a building.
